We had a wonderful stay at the resort! The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Dezirae who went out of her way to upgrade our room when we found ourselves needing more space. The updated facilities were impressive, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. However, our check-in experience was a bit rocky due to a room mix-up that took longer to resolve than expected. Despite this, overall our experience was delightful, and I can't wait to return!
